Welcome
I’m Jack Marjot, a FACEM based in Sydney, Australia. I sat the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) OSCE in 2023, and this material is based on the structures I developed during my preparation. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to the Emergency Fellowship OSCE, and you should adapt your method to what works best for you. However, having some structured frameworks to begin with can be invaluable. I was honoured to be awarded the Buchanan Prize for my OSCE performance, and I credit my exam success to having a clear, structured, and logical approach.
